How does cheerily.co work?

  1. Shop our gifts here.
  2. Tell us where to deliver them.
  3. We make any customizations, handwrite your message, wrap it for you and post it off!

The whole operation is run out of our studio in San Francisco, CA.

Can I have a gift delivered directly to myself, instead of the recipient?

Yes! Just be sure to:

  • Enter your own address as the ‘Shipping Address’ at the point of checkout.
  • Leave the 'Gift Message' blank (this is where we'd typically write a note to the recipient for you).

I’m a parent, can I buy a gift for myself?

Of course you can! Consider it a present to yourself :)

How do I care for your clothes?

We made sure every piece of clothing on our site is easy to care for: cold machine wash and tumble dry on a low or delicate setting.

Where are your products made?

Unless indicated otherwise, the majority of our products are all manufactured in the USA. In all cases, we make a huge effort to ensure all of our pieces are made under ethical conditions, per our company philosophy.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • United States: First class via USPS (5-8 business days) is free US wide. Priority shipping (guaranteed 1-3 days) is available at a flat rate of $8. Please note that the 1-3 days do not include weekends. 
  • Rest of world outside of the US: Standard shipping flat fee of $10. Shipping speed varies by country but typically takes no longer than 2-3 weeks.

How can I track my order?

  • For orders being delivered within the United States, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. We send this email as soon as the item is shipped. If you are sending a gift, the recipient will not receive this tracking number, only you who purchased it.
  • For orders being delivered outside of the United States, trackability of your order varies depending on the recipient country. Your shipping confirmation email will indicate whether or not your order is being tracked to its destination. All international orders typically take a maximum of 2-3 weeks to reach their destination. If you think something has gone astray, please email us at hello@cheerily.co

Do you ship outside of the US?

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange an item?

If something isn't quite right with your order (we're sorry to hear that!) email us directly at hello@cheerily.co and we will have a real human person will help you out.

Can my giftee return or exchange an item?

Per above, have your friend email us at hello@cheerily.co and we'll have someone on our team help them out.
